The course was very relevant and based on current trends, especially because it's a topic with an evolution in recent years. The evolution is fast, and then you get insights and guidance on how to arrive at the next level, and it doesn't matter where you start. 

Seeing the perspective of other wellbeing leaders working in different sectors like public health or industrial software. Change my confidence to see what is possible as well.

What could be the obstacles that I could find along the way. So it grows the confidence to see everyone can go through similar problems, no matter the size or the industry, and that kind of feeling prepares you better when those problems arise.

The course has significantly strengthened my confidence in approaching wellbeing from a strategic and systems perspective.
I feel much more equipped to lead this work. The current war in Lebanon has also influenced the pace of implementation, but it has reinforced for me the importance of this work.

The course strengthened my confidence to lead wellbeing initiatives with clarity. I can engage senior stakeholders more effectively and link wellbeing to performance, retention, and engagement.

I noticed positive changes in myself and in the team. Personally, I pay more attention to early signals, like increased tension, silence in meetings, or growing overtime. In the team, there is more openness: people share concerns earlier, and the conversation feels more normal and less sensitive. We also improved meeting quality, and we are more disciplined with priorities, which reduces unnecessary pressure.

We invited Reka to our annual sustainability conference to walk us through how we can ensure our wellbeing into our own lives. Reka did an amazing job by sharing general information and practical tools to a very mixed group of people based on professional background, gender, country of origin, knowledge and openness regarding the topic.

The atmosphere she created was welcoming and engaging, and even those could feel comfortable who had initial doubts about this subject. Thank you again for this experience, it has been truly rewarding!

I had the pleasure of experiencing Reka during our University of St. Gallen MBA Corporate Athlete Bootcamp in June 2023.
