The Wellbeing Designers Academy offers a holistic strategic approach to wellbeing.
It is easily scalable globally.

Nowadays many companies jump directly into specific
areas of wellbeing, e.g. mental health interventions.
However, that might not be for everyone.
We need to meet people where they are and
show them all areas of wellbeing.

  • Increased self-awareness about what wellbeing means for them individually;

  • Hands on tools to connect learnings back to the organisational context and apply them during daily work;

  • Increased individual performance.

  • Increased team-awareness about each
    other’s wellbeing needs;

  • Agreement between team members how to work together in a way that respects each
    individual’s wellbeing;

  • Provides a good base for a global wellbeing strategy and prepares people for new ways of thinking and working;

  • Creates an organisation-wide movement, high energy for change and future transformation;

  • Sets clear expectations what wellbeing is in an organisational context and contributes to up-skiling the workforcewith future skills like wellbeing;
