Wellbeing Designers Newsletter
Designing a wellbeing culture via Strategic Wellbeing Education for Human-Centric Organisations and Leaders
Hi Wellbeing Designers
Welcome to our first bi-monthly newsletter of 2025.
Our year did not start as slowly as our first newsletter (it's mid-March :)!
We have been busy with wrapping up a client work that we kicked off in 2024 with a financial institution, as well as wrapping up the first cohort of the Wellbeing Leadership Mastery Journey. Furthermore we got 4 new blog posts on the website by our contributors across the globe.
What's our mission for 2025?
We continue to not only raise awareness about the importance of strategic wellbeing in organisations via our podcast, blogs, posts, and keynotes but also actively equip leaders and teams with the right skills and tools needed to progress on this journey via our advisory work and educational training programs.
Keep an eye on our website and LI page. We are announcing some new faces who are enabling this work as part of our team.
Be energized!

Insights into the WLM 2024 Journey
By the end of January 2025, we wrapped up the Wellbeing Leadership Mastery course, a truly inspiring journey with a diverse group of HR and business leaders from around the world. Over five months, these dedicated professionals have been deepening their skills and gaining valuable insights to help them build workplace cultures where wellbeing is at the heart of how organisations operate.
A special highlight of the program is our fireside chats - intimate and thought-provoking conversations with experts in the field. As part of Module 5, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ryan Hopkins, Chief Impact Officer at JAAQ, and Kacy Fleming, CEO & Founder of The Fuchsia Tent LLC. Their insights and experiences added so much depth to our discussions, inspiring participants to drive meaningful change in their workplaces.
If you're interested in joining the next cohort starting in August 2025, weโd love to hear from you! Click here to learn more or reach out to us directly at hello@wellbeing.design.
